dk222 Terms & Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "dk222", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the dk222 platform accessible at dk222.bar.
• "Platform" means the dk222 website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any software provided to access dk222 services.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with dk222 or accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player following successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free bets, or promotional value added to a Player's Account by dk222 under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone for all Platform operations.
• "Prohibited Player" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, or who is otherwise ineligible to use the Platform under these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the dk222 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the dk222 Platform. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older. dk222 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

3.2 Geographical Eligibility

The dk222 Platform is operated for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. dk222 makes no representation or warranty that the Platform is appropriate, permitted, or available for use in any location outside Bangladesh. Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction is done entirely at your own risk.

3.3 General Eligibility Conditions

In addition to the age and geographical requirements above, you are not eligible to use the Platform if any of the following apply:

• You are acting on behalf of another person, business, or entity.
• You have previously had an Account closed by dk222 for breach of these Terms.
• You are an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of an employee of dk222 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You are accessing the Platform using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human method.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To place bets or access any real-money feature of the Platform, you must register a personal Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change.

4.2 One Account Rule

Each individual person may hold only one Account on the dk222 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, dk222 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all Balances held across those Accounts.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

dk222 is required to verify the identity of Players before processing withdrawal requests or at any point where we reasonably need to confirm your identity. Verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. You agree to provide requested documentation promptly. Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dk222 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. dk222 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to notify us promptly or where the access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

dk222 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from dk222 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using payment methods supported by the Platform, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. dk222 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

dk222 does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method and account used to fund your dk222 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification as described in Section 4.3. Once verification is complete, standard withdrawal processing times are 15 to 60 minutes for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and up to 24 hours for bank transfers.

dk222 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where a pending KYC verification has not been completed, or where a bonus wagering requirement has not been satisfied.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on the dk222 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dk222 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. Any currency conversion fees incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

dk222 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered Players. All such offers are subject to individual promotion terms that will be published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement, specified per offer) before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the promotion. Bonus funds remaining after the validity period expires will be forfeited.
• dk222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for entertainment purposes. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers in a systematic or abusive manner will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Bonus funds are not transferable and have no cash value until applicable Wagering Requirements are fully satisfied.

8. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the dk222 Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, and speciality games. The following general rules apply across all betting activities:

• All bets are final once confirmed. dk222 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under the relevant product rules.
• dk222 reserves the right to void any bet placed at obviously incorrect odds due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or game, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body or game provider will be used to settle the bet.
• Maximum bet limits may apply per event, market, or game. These limits are displayed within the Platform and may be amended at any time.
• dk222 reserves the right to limit bet sizes for individual Players at our discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dk222 Platform. Engaging in any of the below activities will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not available to the general public.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained via exploitation of a technical error are void and will be recovered.
• Accessing the Platform while self-excluded or while an Account suspension is in force.
• Using another person's Account, payment method, or personal details without their explicit consent.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the dk222 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of dk222 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of dk222. The dk222 name and logo are trademarks of dk222 and may not be used in connection with any third-party product or service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dk222, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform, including game providers.
• Any technical failure, interruption, delay, or error in the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to or use of your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dk222 makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform, the accuracy of any information displayed, or the uninterrupted availability of any service.

12. Privacy and Data

dk222 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used solely to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services. dk222 does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

13. Responsible Gaming
